The day combines a clinical session on the EPOCH approach with a metabolically calibrated lunch, a food demonstration, a treatment and full use of the spa facilities. A considered, immersive introduction to the work, in the setting in which IMMERSE itself is held.
Five days at Lucknam Park with Dr Robin Fackrell and Amanda Overeynder. The residential clinical optimum of the EPOCH programme. A comprehensive biomarker panel, microbiome analysis, continuous glucose monitoring, cardiorespiratory testing, and an individually calibrated programme begun in the four nights that the residential format makes possible. The residential is followed by twelve weeks of structured clinical follow-up, with Robin and Amanda, so that what is begun in the four nights is carried into the months that decide whether the change holds.
