Meet Robin and Amanda

A working calendar of evening talks, day events, webinars and the IMMERSE residential cohort. Each is an opportunity to meet Dr Robin Fackrell and Amanda Overeynder, to ask the questions a paragraph on a page cannot answer, and to begin the longer conversation about your own metabolic health.

Most chronic disease in the second half of life is the late expression of a single underlying biology, namely smouldering chronic inflammation, driven by metabolic dysfunction, deeply entangled with the gut microbiome. Addressed early, through what we eat, how we sleep and how we move, this biology is genuinely modifiable. The result is decades of energy, sharpness and capacity.

What’s all the fuss about metabolic health?

A live webinar with Dr Robin Fackrell and Amanda Overeynder. An hour with the founders, on what metabolic health actually means, why it sits beneath most of the chronic disease that decides how the second half of life feels, and what is genuinely modifiable. A clear, accessible introduction to the EPOCH approach. Questions welcome throughout.

Residential cohort · Sunday 11 to Thursday 15 October 2026

IMMERSE, the founding cohort

Five days at Lucknam Park with Dr Robin Fackrell and Amanda Overeynder. The residential clinical optimum of the EPOCH programme. A comprehensive biomarker panel, microbiome analysis, continuous glucose monitoring, cardiorespiratory testing, and an individually calibrated programme begun in the four nights that the residential format makes possible. The residential is followed by twelve weeks of structured clinical follow-up, with Robin and Amanda, so that what is begun in the four nights is carried into the months that decide whether the change holds. Ten places, this founding cohort.
